P90x?

Anyone have it or tried it? Hubs and I are looking into it and are trying to get some feedback before we spend the $120 on it . TIA!

We have some of the workouts. They are challenging & long but sooo effective. I like the Plyometrics program the best. My Dh does them regularly & really likes the workouts.

Jo,John has it. Its a very intense workout but he saw results from it. They also have a meal plan to follow as well with the program. Have John call him if he has any questions.

Have it and also P90X+. We finished the 90 days in December, then did a modified program from Dec to now (more days off, incorporated in other activities like racquetball). We just started up again last week with a second set of 90 days, so we can get a little more trim before the summer! We also started to integrate in some of the P90X+, which is the followup program.

As far as workout programs go, P90X is great cause there is alot of variety (I hate working out in general, so any program is hard for me to stay motivated). I have a love/hate relationship with most of the videos - I hate them cause they are hard , but I love them cause they work! Even as I get stronger, it is still hard cause I am always trying to do one more than the week before (and/or one more than my husband - lol). It definitely works though. When I went up to NY for Thanksgiving, I must have looked extra fit, cause a few people asked what I had been doing, and both my dad and sister bought P90X the next day!
