Vivid Dreams
Really what makes it vivid
I have had some odd dreams the past two nights but I cant decide if they are vivid or not. I'm only 7DPO so I'm trying not to read into it but it's still peaked my curiosity.

Re: Vivid Dreams
To be honest i dont know and I always wondered the same thing. For as long as I can remember my dreams have always been vivid (well what I consider vivid). I can see faces perfectly, remember every little detail, they seem more like real life than a dream etc. I am curious to see if my dreams could become even more vivid when im preggers

Re: Vivid Dreams
I usually never remember my dreams, but for the past 2 nights (I'm 7DPIUI), I have been having the most BIZARRE dreams and when I woke up I had to figure out if that was a dream or not.
I think a 'vivid dream' is one that you can remember every detail of and see things very clearly, as if it was reality.

Re: Vivid Dreams
I am 8 DPO and I had what could be considered vivid nightmares last night. I have not been having any dreams that I remembered but last night woke up crying and had to remind myself that it was a dream.

Re: Vivid Dreams
I usually dream, but I had a very long vivid bizarre dream last night and I'm 7dpo today. I honestly don't think it would be PG related in any way though.

Re: Vivid Dreams
ok this is going to sound sick but here is my dream from last night:
i was watching a woman on TV and she was rolling around on a white bed and she was covered in blood. in my mind, i knew it was AF blood.
You think i have AF on my mind??
Yes, I know that I'm pretty effed up for dreaming about this. When i woke up i didn't know if it was real. I knew there was no way it was real bc why would they ever show that on TV? I'd call that vivid.

Re: Vivid Dreams
I have vivid dreams a lot... well like I can remember most of what happened...so I dont think this works for me b/c it happens very often.
I also tend to have nightmares when I eat right before going to bed.... never fails lol!!!

Re: Vivid Dreams
I certainly have been having vivid dreams as well. So far the last 3 nights in a row have been intense. DH had a strange dream one night and a close friend had a dream too. DH and friend and one of my vivid dreams have to do with me being pregnant. 1 of mine is about me getting AF and the last is about death.
I had vivid drams when I was pregnant.... and I did read that it's a side effect of pregnant... or can be. So that's kind of a good thing for you. Maybe it is pregnancy related???
I HIGHLY doubt I'm pregnant now (AF is a day late though) though... no signs for me.
