When do you use your OPK ?
Do you test every day for that week you think you're O'ing? I've been doing every other day over six days and keep coming up negative. I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong, or if it's just negative and I've not O'd

You are supposed to test every day around the same time every day. Your LH surge can last as short as 12 hours so if you are skipping a day, you could be missing it. Some people test twice a day.

ITA.
I use the CBE OPKs (with the  ) so I test using FMU -- other tests you shouldn't do that with.
I usually O between CD 11 - 16, so I start testing around CD 8 or 9.
Also, I keep a close eye on my chart and if it looks like I *should* have gotten a +, I will test a 2nd time in the evening on that day.
CBE is too expensive to test 2x a day every day. The $ tree tests are good for that though!
