Am I supposed to.............
lay with my legs in there air after we BD for a certain amount of time?
or not go pee right after we BD?
or anything else I am supposed to do or not do

it's really up to you, I remain laying down for about 5 minutes and then I pee...if anything seeps out it's just the semen...those little swimmers get up there quickly.
Some people think it's better to lay down with ur legs in the air for 15-30 minutes...it's really your choice!!

I agree... totally up to you! I would lay there for at least 5 then pee.

Sometimes I do sometimes I don't.. But I have actually done I guess like a head stand on the bed before.. I just wanted to make sure..

The only thing I do is try to tilt my pelvis a little. Then again, we BD at night and I go straight to sleep after.
I just want to add that although there is no way of knowing for certain, there is no proof that laying with your legs in the air makes any difference. The sperm are supposed to get to where they have to go regardless.
There are women out there who have gotten pregnant and claim they did lay with their legs up in the air, but that is more likely to be coincedence.

I dont do any of those things.....I kind feel like if its going to happen it will happen. I cant see me peeing right after will do anything....not peeing might get me a UTI so I pee away.
