Stupid question
How do I check my cervix for ovulation?? I'm so dumb when it comes to this. I've tried and have no idea what im doing.

You really need to feel for a good month to be able to tell the difference in position and texture. When you've tried, did you feel a roundish thing toward the back? That's your cervix. You should be able to feel a something that feels like a dimple-that's the opening. When you're not fertile, your cervix is lower and firmer (feels like tip of nose). When you're about to O, it rises up and feels soft (like your lips). You can actually feel the opening, too.
The easiest way is to stand with one foot on toilet seat. Also, don't check in the am because the cervix is naturally higher at that time. Try to stick to the same time every day.
