nutrition factor
I know a few people who were having unexplained infertility and they went to a nutritionist that evaluated them and found that they had too much of this or that in there system. I am contimplaiting trying this.
Anyone have any similar experience that they can lend some advice?

Re: nutrition factor
Ever read the Infertility Cure? It focuses on the importance of what we eat and how its prepared. I don't know of an herbalist or naturopath to recommend, though. Good luck!!

Re: nutrition factor
I know a few people who used one in Farmingdale and they did get pregnant but I was wondering if it really works or was it just chance.

Re: nutrition factor
I'd say it's worth a shot. I'm a big believer in the power of nutrition. There's a popular school of thought about the additives in our foods (and not just hormones in meats and milk) that disrupt our endocrine system (aka our hormones). A lot of experts attribute estrogen dominance to our diets. Over the last few months, I've added even more organic foods to my diet and really make an effort not to eat things processed (or at least with ingredients I can't pronounce). Not pregnant yet, but I must say I feel good!

Re: nutrition factor
I have made ALOT of nutritional changes since TTC...hasn't helped get me pregnant but it honestly can't hurt. Also, there is some infertility related to gluten allergies. I think it's worth looking into for sure. GL!

Re: nutrition factor
Made an appt with a nutritionist that helped 2 friends both with Fertility issues and we shall see. Only bad thing is I have to wait a week and a half but hopefully its worth the wait. One gfriend found out that even though she was taking Folic acid prenatally her body was counter attacking it so if she got prego it may hav not took. Once she changed her diet & IVF shes got twins. I will let you know how it goes.
