Bakers- electric stand mixer vs hand mixer
If you bake, do you use an electric mixer (like Kitchen Aid) or hand mixer? If you use an electric mixer, do you find that the finished product comes out better than if you use the hand mixer?

once i took my kitchen aid out of the box (after 3 years) Life, and my cookies were SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better -
Hands down, the Kitchen Aid is SO SO SO SO SO worth it!~

I don’t use the kitchenaid if we’re just making one batch of choc chip cookies or something easy like that, but I actually just mix by hand (as in with a spoon). BUT the stand mixer is awesome for big batches of cookies, and for doughs that are tough to mix especially. For whatever reason I really never use the hand mixer. I’m just not really a big fan.

I use both, and also a plain old wooden spoon, but nothing beats the Kitchen Aid for whipping egg whites.
If I need a cake that is going to be light and airy, I use the stand mixer because it can cream the sugar and eggs and butter better than the hand mixer.
I also use the stand mixer for heavier doughs.
For making whipped cream, I use the hand mixer because it is easy to overbeat the cream.

I use my kitchen aid for everything and I probably use it a few times every week  I just really love to bake!

since I got my kitchen aid yeaaaaaaaaaaars ago I have not touched a hand mixer.
It's easier when adding ingredients. Mixes all on it's own, and a BREEZE to clean when you are done!

ITA !!! I haven't touched my hand mixer since i got the kitchen aid 2 years ago

yeah, mines been sitting in the box for about that long, and I'm wondering if I should break it out. Think I'll definitely do it now!

I have the Kitchen Aid hand and Stand mixer and the stand is AMAZING. I have'nt used my hand mixer since I got the stand.
