CBEFM users - Please help
So AF came today full force. I wasn't expecting it until tomorrow. I had planned on getting the CBEFM today so I would be ready for tomorrow as CD1. I researched online and it said that you should use FMU and start on CD1. Well now I don't know what to do bc today is CD 1 and I've already gone to the bathroom twice.
Should I start it tomorrow? Is there a way to set it up to CD2? Or should I go out and get it today and just hold my pee for a while? Do you need to test around the same time every day? I'm so upset bc I was feeling so much better about my BFN knowing that I had my next plan in order
TIA

no worries! you don't have to pee on sticks the first few days of your cycle. but you DO have to "set" it in the first 5 days of your cycle (basically while you still have AF) so you are still good! it probably won't start asking for sticks until cd6 or later! good luck!!
ETA: it gives you a 6 hour (i think) window to pee on the sticks every morning. so when you "set" it in the next couple of days be sure it's the same time you would usually use FMU. i hope this makes sense
