Omega 3???
Dr. Braverman mentioned I take Omega 3 4000mg. Do I get this at like a GNC type place???
Also, do I take Omega 3 4000mg along with the Prenatals Vitamins which include DHA???

Yep, you can take your regular prenatals also. I got a good deal on the omega 3 tabs. Two for twenty dollars, they were a famous brand but cant rem. GNC seems to be a tad expensive.
You can also look in places like Rite Aid, and CVS etc

Whole Foods has them. Just make sure you get ones which are purified.

Make sure it is pharmacutical (spell?) grade. You don't want metals/mercury etc... There is one brand that is better than all the others, Nordic Naturals. Though I think its expensive.

Personally, I believe that an Omega 3-6-9 helped me conceive both times, with the RE and without. I only take the Nordic Naturals too and my Prenatal doesn't contain any Omega. Vitamin Shoppe carries them as well as many other stores.
