I can't view from work, I'll have to look tonight. I can't wait to see what you have done. 
What did you decide with the beam(s) that were in the LR or DR I believe. Are you painting them, keeping them?

i will tell you - i had no idea it was narrated and im sitting there with my laptop and all of a sudden, i'm like, "OMG IS THERE A WOMAN IN MY HOUSE??"

LOVE THIS! I think I might have to do some videos like this for my in-laws; they're in California and are sad to be missing all the house-excitement.
