Workout DVD recommendations

So, I've been renting workout DVDs from the Sachem Library for a couple of weeks. I'm a fan of the Sweating to the Oldies collection. I tried the Dancing With the Stars and found it a little tricky & too long (looking for something under 40minutes).

I love the Sweating to the Oldies set, but can anybody recommend anything else?

I just don't have the time or the money to do a gym. I found DVDs the only way I can work out until the weather gets nicer out.

Thanks!

Re: Workout DVD recommendations

I found a bunch of workout DVD's in Marshalls - very cheap....I haven't used them yet due to a foot injury but I have:

Billy Blanks - Taebo Cardio
Billy Blanks - Taebo Amped
Bily Blanks - BootCamp
Jillian Michaels - Shape - up Backside

Most of them were $2.99 at Marshalls Chat Icon

Try to take out some Denise Austin or Walk Away the Pounds videos from the library too. The coreography in those are simple!

My husband and I started used P90X last week and we love it! It is a very challenging program but it offers a full body workout.

I would recommend looking on Craigslist for a discounted copy. We purchased ours from someone who received P90X as an Xmas gift and they didn't want it. It was brand new, never used and was sealed in the original packaging.

Jillian Michaels is great. I really like her 30 day shred.. it REALLY kicks your a$$. It's only 25 minutes but it is very intense.
