starting a new routine tomorrow!
my DH put together a nice workout area for me which includes a treadmill with a tv and a fan. i haven't used it in a while and i know it would mean a lot to him if i used it. plus, the workout is what a i need. so, tomorrow morning before work, i'm gonna run a mile. i'm hoping this will become part of my morning routine with getting ready for work. fingers crossed that i can keep this up

i just did it this morning and i feel great. i have so much more energy in the morning. goal is to keep this up all week.

Good luck. I started working out in the morning about 8 months ago and i love it. Its so nice to get it over with and showered and ready for the day.
