ok so..someone PLEASE answer this..
i love this greek dressing at zpita in port jeff...i've tried to replicate it and search for other recipes...
last night i went there and took some extra dressing home...
there is something pinkish and chewy and cut up in it that adds a special zest to it...
do u have any idea what it may be?
sardines?

So my sister is obsessed with greek dressing from another restaurant, but it is also pinkish. When you google pink greek dressing they say it includes beet juice, so maybe yours had shredded beet in it.
