Wohoo - getting a refund, when should we take our trip?
So happy, looks like we are getting enough back to go on a short Caribbean trip!
I know that I want to avoid the area in July and August because of hurricanes and it is really hot there.
But what about the middle or end of June?
Or, memorial day weekend?
I am thinking of Jamaica but also considering other islands.

Memorial day might be a bit more crowded-I would try to do the middle of June before most of the schools up north get out for the summer. It will probably be a bit more enjoyable.
I've never been to Jamaica, but fsil has and she loved it. My personal favorite island is Puerto Rico.

awesome!!
went to st thomas and st john for our hm in July...ohhhhhh very hot!! we loved the snorkeling there.
we also love st. maartin. 
keep us posted on your choice!

We love St. Maarten! Why not check out specials on expedia or something else for mid-June?

I dont know about Jamaica, I've been to Jamaica at the end of May and it rained for half of our stay there... they told me middle of May starts their rainy season... but you just never know about the weather... I would just get insurance just in case wherever you decide to go....
