Early Implantation
What is the earliest implantation can occur? I know the average is 7-10dpo and I've even heard of that being extended to 6-12dpo. But can it happen before that?

Re: Early Implantation
It probably could be earlier I guess- did you get a dip?
eta- I looked at your chart & its definitely a dip- you had a dip last month on DPO3 but it was slightly smaller... so maybe!

Re: Early Implantation
I've read the earliest is 6, but that's from internet research so I'm not the most credible source
ETA: Well found this on FF If conception occurred, implantation (when the fertilized egg attaches to the uterine wall) typically happens seven to ten days after ovulation, but it can happen a few days earlier or later as well.
A few sounds like more than one day, so I would suppose earlier than 6 *might* be possible.

Re: Early Implantation
With my first son I had an early implantation at 5dpo. I had a temp dip that day and I felt a strong pain where he implanted. LOL! From that point on was when I started having a couple of symtoms. I tested at 9dpo and had a very stron BFP on a FRER Good luck!

Re: Early Implantation
i read somewhere (i THINK it was webMD) that implantation can happen as early as 5dpo. don't quote me on that, but i THINK that's what i read. maybe its just wishful thinking since i'm 4dpo??

Yeah, that's why I asked. Cause I had the dip and then my temp rose higher today. but that would I implanted on 3dpo, is that even possible???

Probably not... dips that early are usually due to differnt hormones rising and falling.
Lol it's all one big mind game, isn't it?

Re: Early Implantation
The range I found says 3-12 dpo, but 7-10 is average. 3 dpo would be pretty rare, but not impossible.
