Need some EASY recipies that freeze well
I am planning on cooking a few meals on the weekends and freezing them for during the week
any easy recipies for items that freeze well?
Also, what type of containers do you use for storage?
TIA

There is a cookbook - Its in the Freezer or something like that I plan on getting.
Also, about.com had some - I posted about 4 months ago.

Re: Need some EASY recipies that freeze well
I usually like to freeze liquidy things like soup, pasta sauce, etc.
Meatloaf and meatballs also freeze well.
I usually use my regular rubbermaid containers, they are feezer safe. I also save the plastic containers from chinese soup and use them.
Be careful if you freeze liquid, it expands, so if it's soup or something, only fill the container 3/4 full to allow it to expand.
