Easy freezable recipies?
Ive seen books about cooking once a month in bulk and freezing meals. While I don't have enough freezer space for that it would be nice to make a double batch of a meal to eat some now and store some for later. Any one have good recipes for freezing?

i always make an extra pan to freeze whenever i make ziti or lasagna
