Vaccinations?
Ok so I am extremely embarassed to admit this, but my almost 1 year old "puppy" has not had one single shot yet My husband swore he would take care of it all and he never did.
Things have been crazy with my pregnancy and two kids, but i finally made his appointment for Wednesday.
The receptionist is unsure of which shots they will start with. I dont remember from when Delilah got her shots years ago. Is he going to have any kind of reaction or anything?
After the shots I have to make an appointment to have him fixed. Yeah, i'm really not too happy with DH for slacking when he was the one insisting on getting the puppy to begin with. I'll just be glad to have everything done! And THEN, he is getting shaved because I am tired of bathing him every day

Re: Vaccinations?
Don't get all the vaccinations in one day. That is so overwhelming for a dog's immune system. I would personally make sure there was at least a month between shots and do not give the rabies shot within a month of ANY other shots. Your vet may disagree but that is the only way I would do it. It's been this long, there is no reason to bombard your dog's system with everything at once. Plus if he has a reaction to a shot you won't know which one because he's had so many at once.
