Valentine's Weekend
BF and I were looking for something to do - its a kid free weekend. Hotels are $$
I have a NYC guide book - we decided to go to Arthur Street in the Bronx (its the little italy of the Bronx) - we can do some shopping, eat and get some real italian ingredients. Then on Sunday I am going to make dinner for the 2 of us.
I am so excited.
So as an idea for you other ladies - maybe take a trip to NYC and hit up a farmers market.

Arther Avenue Deli!! You can get great stuff foods there. Mmmm I have not been back there in ages. (tha'ts where I'm from) Also there are some great restaurants around there! Have a good time!
Were not really sure what the weekend will hold. As of now I will be cooking a nice dinner for us. Maybe a seafood dish...? We haven't really discussed it. I really wanted to go to Foxwood or Mohegan but with ds that's nearly impossible!!!

Re: Valentine's Weekend
If you do Arthur Ave you HAVE to go to Roberto's for dinner then Egidio for pastries! This is such a great idea, maybe we'll do this too..I miss it! I went to Fordham for undergrad and gained about 25 lbs based on its proximity to Arthur ave! Have a great time!
