I am having friends over next week and want to make a few appetizers. Does anyone have any suggestions for yummy, but easy, appetizers?!

Re: Need some suggestions for appetizers
I like making a fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil appetizer.
Place some sliced tomatoes on a plate. Place slices of fresh mozzarella on top of the tomatoes followed by basil leaves on top. Drizzle the plate with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Serve with a toasted baguette.
I also like guacamole and chips!

I love making wrapped brie with raspberry jam. So easy, but people are always very impressed.

Re: Need some suggestions for appetizers
Veggie platter with onion dip (cut up peppers, carrot sticks, cucumber, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, etc. and mix lipton onion soup mix with sour cream)
Bread bowl filled with spinach dip on a platter with sliced bread (get bread from Whole Foods... sliced baguette or other bread, and use any spinach dip recipe - you just need sour cream, frozen chopped spinach thawed, and knorr's soup mix)
Stuffed mushrooms (Giada has a great recipe on food network)
Chicken wings (frozen - just heat in oven)
Pigs in a blanket (you can cut up pieces of hotdog and wrap them with Pillsbury crescent rolls)
If you have a good homemade pizza recipe, people always love that cut into small squares!
An antipasto platter is always super easy - you just buy all of the ingredients and assemble! I'd do some meats like prosciutto, soppressata, etc. with a few different cheeses, some olives, marinated mushrooms, some breadsticks...
