What to Serve for a Luncheon Need ideas
I am having about 10 people over lunch. All woman and I am not sure what to serve. I am not much of a cook so cooking anything complicated is out.

How about some grilled chick cutlets and get some rolls, roasted peppers, fresh mozz, etc and let everyone make their own sandwiches.
Add a pasta salad or a cold rice salad, some fresh fruit and pastry/cookies/brownies for dessert.

I would just do a cold cut platter, include some rolls and wraps for the carb conscious.
Add a salad and fruit tray as well.

If I didn't want to be bothered with cooking I'd do this! You can order a platter from Stop and Shop. Get some salad (potato, mac, cole slaw), make a green salad and buy a platter of fruit. I'd spend my time making and decorating some cupcakes instead!
