Re: Frozen Embryos
I am just about to start my IVF cycle and i know before anything sarted i had to fill pout a bunch of paperwork and consent forms about the whole process. one of the papers included something about what i wanted to happen to my frozen embies if i never used them. I guess if i had chosen to donate them, my RE would donate them to someplace they use.
i would def ask your RE what they do if you decide to donate them!
good luck!

Re: Frozen Embryos
When I filled out my paperwork at the time of my IVF there was a section for donating but now 1 yr later the RE office sent me a bill and a consent to disgard the embryos if I dont want them......so I am confused.....

Re: Frozen Embryos
You can also donate them to a couple, which is what I would do if we weren't going to use them, which is unlikely since we're just starting and only have 4 frozen. In the paperwork I filled out- I left them to my sister in case we both died because she knows to donate them to another couple.
