YaY!! Results are happening!!
So far almost a month into my lifestyle change. I lost 19lbs, went down a size in my jeans so far, and a size in my shirt. Im very excited to see what happens next month!!

basically i gave all all the junk, and i limit my calories per day. and ive been doing the wii fit work outs.

AWESOME!!! What is your daily menu? I am looking for a sample menu to follow. I have 5 months to my wedding and need to lose this baby weight.
