Has anyone DH had to see a urologist?
In my consult the other day the Dr confirmed I did not have PCOS but did say DH SA is OK but he wants to see it better. He has only had one S/A so there is not much to compare to. DH has severe back problems and at one point was going in the hot tub almost every day to loosen his back. Dr K said that could effect his counts a lot. He reccommended him to see a urologist so they can make sure there isn't any other issues going on down there. Has anyone else's DH had to see one? What can we expect when we go? He is already giving me problems about going

My DH went to a urologist because his SA showed poor morphology.
The visit consisted of talking with the doctor and getting his history. Then he did an ultrasound of his testicles to see the size of his veins

We actually went to 2. It is definitely not a comfortable situation, but one of those things where you just have to do it. I reccommend Dr. Mellinger in Garden CIty. GL

DH had to go to one also and really is not as bad as they imagine. I went with DH and in the room they just do a history and then do a physical which for DH was uncomfortable to have a woman urologist and his wife in the room for the same time. He was nervous cause understandably that is their manhood being handled and its difficult for them. He does have a vericocile but surgery is the last option. they said they would try other options before that since we are young. That may make him feel better. Maybe tell him you will go with him. I recommend Sara Girardi in Manhasset she really made it all easy to understand and was very professional. Good luck to you. Men are just grown up kids, fortunetly we can hold their hands when needed
