Back on track....
FINALLY!!!!!!
I decided that this is it - no more excuses, have to make the time and eat better. I have not been taking care of myself at all and it needed to stop.
I've cut back on the junk, cut out the coffee b/c when I do drink it I have half and half and sugar, eating more veggies and really trying to only eat whole grains.
I've gone back to meeting with my trainer whom I adore and today while the kids were in school instead of coming home and working on the computer I went straight to the gym and did an hour of cardio. Then tonight took the dog for a walk.
I feel great - sore and tired too 
Back on track baby - back on track.....

I wish you lived closer - maybe when it gets warm out and the kids are in school we can hook up for a walk with the dogs or something.
