WW Question
So, I also joined again after the new year. I am really, really, feeling committed this time.. Let's see how long this lasts tomorrow is my first weigh in..
I have a question though that I don't rememeber the answer to and I think one of you can probably help me. If you end the day with leftover points is this a bad thing? Say you are left with 5 points one day, 3 the next and never are using the full amount, is this a bad thing? Will it hinder your loss? TIA

Yea, it's not the best idea to have leftover points. It can hinder your weight loss. You should be eating all of your daily points per day. The 35 weekly points allowance and any exercise points you earn are optional. Maybe try eating something healthy but high in points like nuts or pb on an apple to use up your extra points. Good luck!
