Can a negative OPK change after 8 hrs?
Can you get a negative OPK at like 3pm and then a positive at like 11pm?
Im wondering b/c I took an OPK earlier and it was negative... but later on tonight I started to feel that crampy feeling in my left ovary (normally when I feel that sort of pinching/pain I get a positive OPK). I use CBE digitals btw.
Should I just wait to take another OPK at 4pm tomorrow or take another one tonight just to check?

It can change in that amount of time. The other day I took one at my usual time and it was negative and then I was getting more and more EWCM so I tested again and it was almost positive but not quite.
I don't use digitals, just the line tests. Good luck!

I would think that it CAN change, but I wouldn't waste the test. Is getting the  going to change anything? You'd be annoyed if you took it and it were negative probably. Good luck either way!

I think it can change. That's why it's suggested that you test twice a day - because if your LH only surges for 12 hours you could easily miss the window.

ITA! If you don't mind using 2 tests in one day you should just test again.
