Temping Question
I haven't started temping yet but I think I'd like to begin. The problem is that my schedule is different every day and I don't wake up at the same time. Can I still temp? Also, do you need a special kind of thermometer or is a regular digital one okay?
TIA!

Re: Temping Question
As far as I know you do have to take it at the same time everyday in order for it to accurate. Is it possible for you to set an alarm to the earliest you have to wake up and just wake up to test and then go back to bed? That's what I do. I wake up at 7:30am every morning take my temp and then go right back to sleep.
You do have to use a special thermometer. I got mine at target. It's called a basal thermometer. They're pretty cheap, like 9 bucks.

Re: Temping Question
Go onto the Fertility Friend website; I believe there's a section on shift work and temping. I skipped it b/c my work hours are regular, but it'll give you some tips and information.
I bought my basal thermometer at Rite AId, I think it was also about $9.
