Runners-where do you buy your clothes?
I want to get a l/s turtleneck, windproof mittens and lined pants. But don't want to spend a fortune.

My friend loves Athleta...I know they are $$ but you can find some good stuff on sale.
I don't run, but I spin (cycle) and I love Nike's stuff, especially their pants.

I know this is not what you want to hear, but wait until February and March and it will all be on sale. This is what my husband does.
Last year, I got a decent wind resistant shirt at Target (of all places).

there are some pretty decent deals at the NIKE outlet now.
but really...I don't have too many fancy winter items.
I wear a wicking tank and shorts and then layer with cotton. today i wore the tank, a tech t-shirt, a long sleeve cotton shirt and a zip-up hoodie.
I do have a pair of Nike wind pants lined with mesh that are awesome in this weather (I was out at 8am today in them)
and I did buy an under armour hat, which was awesome today too! I was not cold one bit.
for gloves, I wear the cheap stretchy ones you can find everywhere. I usually end up getting hot and take them off...holding them in my hands is enough to keep them warm adn occasionally put them back on for 5 minutes.

The Nike outlet in Tangers does have decent prices now.
