My first weigh in - eh
Im only down 2.5lbs. I know thats standard for a week, but usually the first week a lot comes off, plus Ive worked my *** off exercising, and I didnt go over my points once, expcept for one day and even then it was only .5 point.
Anything I can do to kick this up a notch..this is going to take FOREVER!

Your body could be retaining water from all the exercise you're doing. If you haven't exercised before this week then that could definately be the culprit. Keep up the great work and your body will respond.
2.5 lbs is great!! My first week on WW i lost 2 pouns. I was expecting a big loss but never got it. the most I've lost in a week is 3.2 and I was on a business trip paranoid to eat anything.
Great job!!

YAY!!
That is a great 1st week!! I think 2.5 is above normal. They say it should be about a .5lb- 2 lbs a week. So you did better than the norm.
Keep up the good work!
Are you drinking a lot of water? Def drink 8 glassed a day, it helps with weight loss.

Thanks, probably not as much as I should have been, but Ive stepped it up the last two days.
