French Laundry if you can get reservations.
We ate at Auberge du Soleil for DH's 30th bday. The food was great and terribly romantic. We also visited Sterling and Robert Mondavi vineyards. It was an awesome day.

We went for our birthdays (they are 3 days apart) 4 years ago and ate here. I would request a table on the terrace, the view is amazing and so is the food.
We also did Sterling, Mondavi, Francis Coppolla (gorgeous), Tatienger. They really are all amazing.
We stayed in a little hotel that was in Sonoma but they are so close. We went for 5 days, 4 nights. We also spent a day in San Fransico too. It was more than enough time.
