New Home Gift
My BIL is having a house built and I want to get them something for it. I was thinking a Lowes gift card and one of those family "established" signs. Does a gift card to Lowes make sense when the house is being built brand new?
Also, where can I order one of those signs?

Yes, they'll still need things even though its being built.
There is an Etsy seller that does it! I can't remember her name though!

yes! the lowes gc is a great idea!
they will always need things from there no matter the age of the home.

I have half a brand-new house, and I am at HD often getting stuff for the new addition (as well as the original half). If you own, or even live in a house, you can find stuff at Lowes or HD....  
Ask BIL about the sign, though. He may not want his last name advertised outside the house. They do have ones with just the year, though.

ASimpleImpression is the etsy vendor - I think.
What town do they live in? If they're near a village you might be able to find a sign that says: "Babylon - home is where your story begins" or something like that.... We have one for our house.
