Re: what can i bring to a brunch??
My dad makes this great fruit salad for Xmas brunch, it's apples, oranges, grapefruit and grapes mixed with vanilla yogurt and sprinkled with coconut. Yummy!!

Re: what can i bring to a brunch??
hashbrown casserole
spray pan with pam, I usually buy a throw-away tin pan.
1 bag of frozen shredded hash-browns (thawed) 1 pt sour cream 1 can of cream of potato soup 1 16oz bag of shredded cheese (any kind) I usually buy a mix of 3-4 cheeses
Mix everything in a large bowl and put into pan.
1 box of stove-top chicken stuffing 2 tbsp butter melt butter in microwave and in a bowl mix with stuffing mix. Pour on top of hashbrowns and bake @ 375 for about1 hour.
It is so yummy and everyone always loves it and wants the recipe!!

a quiche! I'll post my quiche recipe. You can add shredded cheese but I don't and it's still yummy
Spinach Quiche

Directions: -Sautee onions in butter -Add spinach (thaw part way in microwave and drain first) -Mix in flour and seasoning -Remove from heat -Beat eggs, cream, cheese together -Add frying pan contents to egg mixture, mix -Add to empty pie shell -Cook 35 minutes at 400 degrees on a cookie sheet
