Dakota UGGS vent
so my SIL sent me a pair of Dakota UGGs from Nordstrom for Christmas. I have worm them ONCE for maybe an hour and the freaking seem at the top has totally come apart 
what do I do with them? I dont have the box or a reciept since they were a gift  
these are the UGGs, the whole part the covers the top of my foot is coming off  Image Attachment(s):

Are the bottoms scuffed? They might have a problem taking them back then.
I would call UGG custmer service. I had a pair of UGG boots that were missing the bottom lining in both shoes completely, which I diddn't realize until I'd gotten them home. (Just grabbed them, didn't need to try on). The store wouldn't take them back because "they couldn't be sure they sold them like that", but I called the UGG customer service, and they fixed it right away, sending me a new pair!

without a reciept and box? (we tossed the box after xmas)
i can just walk in with a pair of uggs and they will take them? that would be awesome!!

Yea. You can literally poop on your clothes and they take it back. LOL. Not saying I have done this but they have a very liberal return policy.

I have heard of them taking things back that people bought in other stores. Don't quote me on this, I am not recommending it.
