Anyone have a good Salmon receipe?
I generally do not like Salmon unless it's raw and in sushi...but I feel as though I should incorporate it into my diet since being pregnant.
Anyone have a receipe they love that I could try at home to get me to like it a little more?
TIA!

All I do is marinate it in some asian sesame ginger dressing and then grill it on the george foreman grill for a few minutes. It comes out great

Rub with a little EVOO, sprinkle dill on it,slice a lemon and lay the slices on it. Cook. SO simple, SO good.

Re: Anyone have a good Salmon receipe?
This is my go-to stand by for Salmon. It is excellent hot or room temperature. I have had non-salmon eaters eating it and they loved it!
Salmon with Breadcrumb, Olive and Sun-Dried Tomato Crust 1/4 cup chopped pitted Kalamata olives or other brine-cured black olives 1/4 cup chopped pitted green olives 1/4 cup chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) butter, melted 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme 5 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 1 cup panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)*
4 5- to 6-ounce salmon fillets
Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix black and green olives, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, butter, rosemary and thyme in medium bowl. Mix in 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, then breadcrumbs.
Butter large baking sheet. Place salmon fillets on prepared sheet. Spread 1 teaspoon mustard over each. Pack 1/4 of breadcrumb mixture onto each mustard-coated fillet. Bake until fillets are just opaque in center, about 12 minutes.
*I have used regular breadcrumbs (flavored and unflavored) when I didn't have panko ***I have also used other mixtures of olives if I didn't have what it asks for - like all kalamata or all green, etc
