When did you finally cave and test? Or how many DPO do you plan to start testing. My husband wants me to wait until 10 days past the transfer but I really don't think I can hold out that long. I am just dreading this because I just have such a bad feeling that this didn't work and I know it is going to cause me to get really, really upset when I test negative again.

I tested at 4dp5dt expecting to get a BFN. I wanted to know the trigger was gone. My plan backfired because the test was positive. I did not know if it was positive due to the trigger or if it was because I was pregnant!

Tested again tonight at 5dp5dt. This was NOT FMU and came out a darker positive than yesterday, so I am assuming its not the trigger!

i didnt test at home b/c i was worried it be a false positive. i would say 10 dpt would be fine, i had my beta 12 days after transfer and thought about testing but held out. GL!!!

I test 11dp5dt BFN. My beta was 13dp and that came out positive - ended up being Chemical.

BEST OF LUCK with whatever you decide to do. I'm hoping to hear more good news from the November/December IVF girls - it inspires me to stay strong!! Chat Icon

I tested at 5dp5dt and got a BFP with twins (which at some point Baby B split and turned into triplets - 4 embies total - but the 3 identical were blighted ovums so I'm now PG with 1). My BFP was very faint with my first test, and beta numbers were on the lower end for multiples.

I started 10 dpo (retrieval) with cheap internet strips- all negative. Started with FRER 11 dpo (6dp5dt) and got a nearly invisible line. Got my full BFP on 12 dpo (7dp5dt).
