Swiss Chard
What to do with it? Im trying to broaden my horizons....last week was kale, this week swiss chard.
Do I just saute with garlic and EVOO?

I do exactly that. Garlic, oo, salt/pepper, sautee. DH LOVES it. I'll also add a splash of lemon juice.

That's how I do it too.. except I usually add a pat of butter and a pinch of red pepper. I also remove the bottom of the stems and cut it into fat strips before sauteeing.

I've also used it to make a SICK gratin with potatoes and canadian bacon
