Hi. thank you. he is doing GREAT. I can't wait to FEED him all this yummy food!
Jeannie...it's uber easy. with the pork chops, I salt/pepper them and brown them. remove them after browning and add hard cider to deglaze. cook that down and add mustard (I am a fan of Maille Old Style Dijon b/c of the mustard seeds). you can also hit it off with some heavy cream...but I can't since the little has a lactose issue and he is drinking his mommy's milk.
I generally use about 1/2 cup to a cup of cider and a heaping teaspoon of mustard. then taste it to see if it needs more of anything.

12/7 Monday: Parmesan and breadecrumb breaded porkchops with steamed green beans
12/8 oven roasted rosemary chicken breasts ( with bone) , brown rice and sugar snap peas
12/9 beer braised beef stew with brown rice
12/10 homemade mac and cheese possibly
12/11 no idea.. left overs maybe?
12/12 going out to dinner with friends
