Landscaper put Lime down
We have a 5-month old Yorkie and my landscaper put lime down yesterday on our lawn. My Vet said to wait 2-3 days before he can play in the yard again.
However, my landscaper and a lot of web stes say that it is safe after it rains.
Since we are supposed to have a bunch of rain tonight, do you think it's safe to let him out again tomorrow after the storm?
TIA for your thoughts.

I would go with what the vet said. Not worth the risk.

I know if it gets stuck in their paw pads, it can burn them/injure them. It happened to my aunt's dog. So I say follow vet's advice to be sure it's gone.
