Did anyone lose any weight from Metformin?
My PCP just gave me a script for it and I am hoping it may help me to lose some weight 
Any experience ( positive/negative) ??

When i was first on it several years it definetely helped. I think i lost about 30 lbs. Unfortunately I stupidly went off it and went back on BCP and gained the weight back.
I went back on in June and lost about 10 lbs, but with all the meds, i think i put a few of them back on

I have. I bet it would be falling off if I took it every time I was supposed to and haven't been eating crap for the last 4 weeks!!!! Good Luck!

Thats exactly why i didn't take it the first time! I couldn't stand having to take a pill 3-4 times a day. This time I requested to just take it once. It sucks that its 4 pills but MUCH easier to remember.
