I have a few questions.....
What can I do to dry up my milk?
When can you start using the baby's swing and bouncy seat?
If you use powder formula, what kind of water do you use? We are using RTF, but want to use powder when we are out.
TIA, I'm sure this is just the beginning of many questions!

Re: I have a few questions.....
I never had a milk problem - but my friend (and my mother) drank epson (sp?) salt - sounds yummy, huh?
Bouncy/Swing - we started using both at about a month old
When we used the powder (we used RTF mostly), but when we were out and used the powder, I used regular bottles of Poland Spring.

Re: I have a few questions.....
To dry up your milk - don't pump, don't nurse, wear a tight fitting sports bra, and don't take hot showers (or don't let the hot water run over them). You can use ice packs (or a bag of frozen veggies) to relieve engorgement.
I used the swing right away, I waited a little longer for the bouncer but I believe you can use it right away.
I use RTF so I can't help you there.

Re: I have a few questions.....
I agree with Sandra re: drying up milk but if you get a spot that's tender, you need to express a little bit so you don't wind up with an infection.
Bouncy Seat - right away Swing - right away Exersaucer - when they can hold their head up completely
Powdered formula - I just used a bottle of Poland Spring.
