we HAVE to pay cash. Our Landlords wouldnt have it any other way. Its a little annoying to hit the bank every month instead of writing a check.
Not to mention, they have to pick it up from our house so we have to see them every month too... and they are talkers! It takes like 1/2 hr to get them to leave.
But they are harmless and otherwise OK landlords.

We would take either as landlords. When we used to rent we always had to pay cash.

We used to pay cash when we lived in a basemant...but always got a receipt. And check in our last place.

I paid my old landlord w/ a check because I NEVER saw him. Sometimes he wouldn't even deposit my check for over a month. He was a weirdo but a great landlord.
