npr but need help!!!! Planning my 30th birthday question
Can anyone recommend a bar or pub that I can have my 30th at? I am looking for nassau or manhattan.. Its in February, Im planning early..

i'm sorry i don't have a nassau or manhattan idea....
we had my DH's in bay shore and the nutty irishman and it was great.

it's not a bar - but my bachelorette party & then subsequent birthday party was at Leisure Time Bowl in the Port Authority. It is soooooooooooo much fun - basically a club with bowling. The bar is AMAZING & the drinks are great (and this is coming from someone who does NOT drink)!

Bar Social in Uniondale by Hofstra is nice. A friend of ours just had a 30th there and there is a whole downstairs lounge area that is nice that they closed off for the party and served food -private bar... The only issue I thought was parking-it stinks!!!! but great party and beautiful lounge atmosphere-very Manhattan meets LI!

We just celebrated my 30th at a place called Pulse in midtown, its a swanky Karaoke place, we had bottle sevice and apps and it was literally nothing money wise considering it was the city...it was AMAZING we had about 25-30 ppl and everyone is still talking about how much fun it was...the only drawback is that apprantly the club turns into a high end Asian club after 11 and they close it down then to allow the club goers in....that sucked, but considering we have an infant at home, we were able to get home at not a crazy hour so we weren't too bad the next day with DD...

try croxley ale's. I like the one in farmingdale but theres also one in rockville centre and one in franklin square i believe
