WW going out to dinner question
I have plans to go out to dinner on Monday and the restaurant is not in the guide nor is the nutrition information for the restaurant's menu available anywhere.
How do you handle these types of situations?

Re: WW going out to dinner question
What type of food does the restaurant make?
I would get a salad with balsamic vinegar on the side
Fish or grilled chicken with veggies for an entree.

Fondue
I found a points value (12 ) for 1/2 cup cheese and 2oz of bread. I'll keep everything as light as possible during the day tomorrow and just try to do my best at the restaurant but I may have to dip into those 35 points, which I didn't want to do. C'est la vie, right?

Fondue is a nightmare because it is hard to keep track of how much you are dipping. Just put your food on your plate and then only dip what's in front of you. Also dip veggies... not bread. I know at melting pot they offer millions of things to dip.

this is exactly what the 35 extra points are for.... don't be afraid to use them
