Do you REALLY need to show them your contract? We are in transition and so much of our stuff is in boxes!! I have absolutely no idea where it is!!
Also, how far in advance do you think I need to make reservations, if we go on Memorial Day?

we went last Monday.
I couldn't find my contract either, but I did have a few of the "reminder" bills they sent us (we paid in 3 installments) and it had our info on it.
the maitre d' took that, looked us up, and then printed out a new contract for us to take home.
I think they use it 1) to confirm, and 2) to balance the restaurant books at the end of the night, so they know who got the $90 credit.
maybe you can call ahead, and have a banquet manager mail you a copy.
