Holy Itchiness Batman!!
For about 3 or 4 days now, the sites from my PIO shots have been itching me like crazy. DH finds it amusing for me to walking around scratching the top of my behind! Is this normal? Anyone else? Oh, and it feels kinda bumpy/lumpy too.

Mine weren't really itchy but the lumps were AWFUL Make sure you are massaging the area really hard and for a while after you give yourself a shot!

Ask for Crinone instead of the PIO. It is so much easier!

No, the shots are better for me. I don't do well with the vaginal suppositories, too easily irritated.

Re: Holy Itchiness Batman!!
after about a week and a half on the PIO shots my injection sites got REALLY itchy too, I also had large raised flat welts there too, it almost looked like hives...I never mentioned it to the DR. because I got a BFN but the itchness and the welts remained for a few weeks!!

Re: Holy Itchiness Batman!!
Yep, I used a loofah in the bathroom to massage it and I continued to use my heating pads until it went away. Its the left over meds sitting just under your skin. Isn't that gross. Just keep massaging it and applying heat so it dissipates. It will go away. I remember it didn't start bothering me until a week after I got AF. It was funny because during the cycle when I was doing the shots it never bothered me.
