Started WW last night
The leader was great(I live in NC) Very upbeat. Lost 50 pounds for 5 years. She was talking about how whne we lose our weight, if we wanted, our pictures would go up on the wall. I got teary eyes! I didn't realize how emotional I would feel picturing that.
I had twins who will be a year next month and I am 10 pounds less than before I got pregnant but at one point I was 25 pounds less! Once I stopped BF'ing-the weight came back.
Can everyone post some breakfasts, lunches and dinners? I am going shopping today and need some ideas!

Re: Started WW last night
First of all congratulations on joining! You will do amazing!
Here are some ideas I posted the other day!
When I joined ww this time (mind you this is my 2nd time on it) I realized I would have to cook a lot of the food instead of eating the smart ones since I am now married and refused to cook 2 seperate dinners). What I started to do was just change some things!
For instance: I would always bake my chicken cutlets fill up on veggies for my sides sweet potato with dinner helps so much turkey meatloaf instead of reg meatloaf flank steak I would have a tiny piece but would grill onions and more veggies with it. I literally live on fruit for snacks but I love fruit so that worked for me. I also love italian ices so I would get the sugar free mint chocolate chip and it tastes great! I would have burger night with my DH and I would always make a turkey burger for me (i love the jenn-o all white meat ones from BJ's) and i would bake sweet patato fries they are yummy! I would take my lunch to work 3 times a week. Either tuna with light mayo, turkey but I would get all different types of turkey and my favorite the buffalo chicken breast and I would use different light breads! I would have my sandwich with a dannon light n fit yogurt. When I did not bring my own lunch I would get either subway or a salad with dressing always on side and always some kind of light or ff. On saturday nights I would go for dinner and order whatever I liked. I still had pizza on ww about once every other week and always one slice but sometimes a slice and a half. The smoothies helped a lot too. I would make mine with one chocolate packet, 1/2 cut ff milk, 1/2 cup water, and 1/2 banana totals 3 pts and tastes great! I really did not deprive myself this time at all. If i wanted a few potato chips I would grab 3 or 4 and that would be it! Just to get the taste and then I would be satisfied. Good Luck and if you have any questions just ask we are here to help you!

Re: Started WW last night
Good luck!!! I always make sure I have the house stocked with the foods that I eat on WW so that I am not tempted to hit the kids snacks. Lots of friut, veggies and protein. I also make sure to have low point "treats" available for when I get a sweet tooth or need something salty. LIke WW ice cream bars, chocolate fiber one bars, microwave popcorn, ww snack cakes (keep themin the freezer). The plan works, good luck!

Yes, definitely boost up the veggies. I will often make my omelets with peppers and onions (sometimes zucchini). Don't forget to drink plenty of water.
