So I started DD on Peas last night...
and she was crying and gassy all night... butttttttt... I also gave her Barley Cereal the past two nights and she normally gets rice... do you think its more likely that the peas or the Barley was the culprit of the gas?

It's hard to tell when you start 2 new foods at the same time. I would give her the rice cereal and peas only for a few days. If she is ok with it, than I would add the barley and see if that is what has upset her stomach. I didnt try Barley with DS, but I heard some babies get constipated.

Well, I think both can cause gas, so maybe that is the problem.
I was told to only try one new thing at a time for 3 days. Today was day 3 of carrots for DS, so I won't try something new til tomorrow.

Oh I've given Barley to her before... and she was fine... just a little gassy... so I guess I should assume it was the peas

The green veggies often give them gas so I'd think it's the peas.
