How can I make the steak for a steak burrito?

I always make chicken burritos and want to make my DH steak. Got any good ideas for seasoning or tips for cooking? Thanks!

For steak burritos or fajitas I always use left over steak. What I do is use one of the McCormick steak seasoning packets and make the steak with mashed potatoes. Since I make 2x what we will eat for one meal, we then thinly slice up the left over steak while it is still warm and then put it in tupperwear. For the night we are making the burritos or fajitas I use the old el passo mild sauce and heat the thin sliced steak with a teaspoon of veg oil and a couple of shakes from the bottle of the sauce.

As an alternative - I also make a stirfry with the steak, so veg oil, ginger orange sauce and soy sauce with udon noodles and veggies.

Marinate a flank or skirt steak in

Olive Oil
Soy Sauce
Crushed Garlic
Grated Ginger
Fresh Squeezed Lime

Grill and then slice
