OK get your Kleenex
Baxter the therapy dog passed away.  Take a look at his story and short video, he helped so many, not IN SPITE of his own limitations, but BECAUSE of them. RIP Baxter

Baxter is one of the reasons why I want to look into therapy dog training for Brinkley. I had seen this video a while back, before he passed. I was struck by what a teddy bear he looked like and how dedicated a woman Melissa is to do what she has for him, and for all the people he helped.
That's the kind of person I want to be for myself, my dog, and others we could help. 
I'm sad for Melissa, but not for Baxter. He has so many people in heaven to be loved by now.
